With love and care we ship and deliver directly to your home from our locally owned Greenhouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with PlantyQueens:

Refunds and Cancelations:

  • All purchases and sales are finalDue to the limited availability and weekly change in inventory offered, we do not accept changes or cancelations 24 hours after an order is placed. Should you place an order and need to make a change please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We can not make changes to orders after 24 hours.
  • We will notify you when your plant has shipped or is out for delivery via email the day your purchase is shipped/out for delivery!

**Shipping costs are not eligible for any refund**

Damages:

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery Hello@plantyqueens.com. We ask that you provide proof of the issue, (either through photo or video) so we are able to assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. We ask that customers do not make changes or alterations to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 48-hour window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void refund/replacement opportunity. 

All plants that are shipped come with some stress from traveling, if there are more than minor damages, we will inspect and review a refund. We have every right to not refund you if the plant arrives with typical stress from shipping and just needs adjustment time in its new home. 

Local Delivery/Pick Up:

  • We will deliver your plant within 10 Miles of our shop in Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • If you chose the local delivery option and will not be home for a number of days, please contact us immediately to set up a time for pick up.
  • When choosing the pick up option please contact us within 24 hours to coordinate a time to pick up your plant. You are responsible to pick up your plant within 72 hours.
  • PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM ON OUR SITE TO NOTIFY US WHAT DAY AND TIME WORKS BEST FOR YOU WITHIN OUR AVAILIBILITY.

Lost/Delayed/Stolen Packages:

PlantyQueens is not liable for packages once they leave our facility. If your item has been lost, delayed or stolen, please contact your local post office or visit the links provided below as we are not able to track the parcel down on our end.

Furthermore, should a customer intercept or reroute the package through the carrier, PlantyQueens is no longer liable for the package should issues arise due to the changes made by customer.
