Frequently Asked Questions

Shipments are processed within 3-5 business days. Travel time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Turnaround time is typically from ordering to delivery at your door is roughly 2 weeks.

Our team consists of only Lillie and Maya and we cannot guarantee requests to hold off on shipments. We will do our best to accommodate to this but this is not guaranteed. On top of this, changes cannot be made past our 24 hour window.

If your purchase arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 24 hours of delivery Hello@plantyqueens.com.

We ask that you provide proof of the issue, (either through photo or video) so we are able to assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. We ask that customers do not make changes or alterations to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 24-hour window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void refund/replacement opportunity.

Because these are live plants we do not offer lifetime guarantee as proper care falls on the purchaser once the plant is out of our care.

However, should your plant arrive damaged or in poor condition please connect with our support team upon arrival so we can make it right!

Please note, all sales are final once shipped. PlantyQueens does not accept returns on any online purchases. Due to the limited availability and weekly change in inventory offered, we do not accept changes or cancelations 24 hours after an order is placed. Should you place an order and need to make a change simply connect with the Queens within 24 hours of placing the order.

Great question! Due to COVID we are currently by appointment only after a purchase is made on our website. We can't wait to meet you!

Shipments are sent out on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Local Pick-up can be schedule through our website. We offer Sundays: 10AM-6PM & Wednesdays 4PM-6PM.

Local Deliveries are being dropped off on: Wednesdays & Saturdays ; all orders made on Fridays will arrive on Wednesdays.

Friday's at 7PM CST, set your alarms!

Due to our inventory changes weekly we are not able to give timelines on when specific items will become available. The easiest way to stay up to date with what’s releasing on the current restock is by subscribing to our email list or to tuning into our instagram & Facebook live “sneak peek” and updates.

Our website does not have the functionality to hold items in the cart while browsing. Many items on our website do sellout quickly. If you're on the hunt for something specific we recommend purchasing it right away & coming back for more!

Nah, due to the high demand & respect to others we do not offer this.

We sure do, but you have to inform the Queens via email within 12 hours that you need us to do that!

Feel free to buy something again and again and again. We will partially refund you for shipping, depending on your purchase & send it out all together!

IMPORTANT:

PLEASE bring your packages inside immediately when experiencing extreme hot or cold weather. We cannot promise the health of the plants if left outside for extended period of time.

In winter we HIGHLY recommend adding insurance if daily low temperatures are below 50 degrees. Also, if you’re experiencing negative temps we suggest selecting EXPRESS shipping or holding off on your purchase until it warms up. At the end of the day these are live tropical plants that don’t love icy weather and heat packs only help so much.

If you’re experiencing above 100 degrees we suggest selecting EXPRESS shipping or holding off on your purchase until it cools down to avoid damage.

IT IS NOT ADVISED TO SHIP LIVE TROPICAL PLANTS IN BELOW FREEZING OR ABOVE 100 DEGREE TEMPERATURES. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE IN YOUR AREA PLEASE CONTACT THE QUEENS ASAP FOR ASSISTANCE.
